This policy applies to use of Account:dir and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Use the Service only for accounts and information you are authorized to manage.

You must not:

1. Access or attempt to access another user's account, vault, data, or systems without authorization.

2. Upload or store credentials, keys, or personal information obtained unlawfully or without authority.

3. Use the Service to facilitate fraud, phishing, credential stuffing, malware, unauthorized surveillance, or other unlawful activity.

4. Probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by applicable law or our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.

5. Circumvent access limits, billing controls, rate limits, or security measures.

6. Use automated requests that materially degrade the Service or interfere with other users.

7. Misrepresent your identity or authority, or infringe the rights of others.

We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate steps, including limiting access, removing unlawful content where technically feasible, suspending an account, and notifying appropriate authorities when required. Where practical and safe, we will give notice and an opportunity to respond. Contact support@accountdir.com to report misuse. We will apply this policy consistently with applicable law and the Terms.
