What the dashboard shows and how to find anything in your directory.

The dashboard

The dashboard shows four totals: the number of accounts, your monthly cost, your yearly cost, and the number of projects in use.

Monthly cost converts every billing cycle to a monthly amount. A quarterly cost is divided by three, a yearly cost by twelve, and a weekly cost is multiplied by 52 and divided by twelve. One-time and free accounts, and accounts without a billing cycle, count as zero. The yearly total is twelve times the monthly total.

Renewing soon

Renewing soon lists accounts whose renewal date falls within the next 30 days, soonest first. This list is shown on the dashboard only. Account:dir does not send renewal reminders.

Cost by project and accounts by email

Cost by project shows the monthly cost of each project. Accounts by email shows how many accounts use each of your email addresses.

Search

Type in the search box at the top of any page and press Enter. Search looks through your email addresses, labels, providers, categories, websites, projects, usernames, notes and tag names. Matching is partial and ignores capital letters.

Results are grouped by type, with up to 50 results in each group. Accounts found through a tag are marked with the tag that matched.

Your secrets are never searched.
